Arran Lodge Guest House is situated just a short level walk from the seafront and conference centre in the popular English Riviera resort of Torquay. We are ideally situated for the Princess Theatre, bustling harbour and town centre with its collection of unique shops, cafe bars and restaurants.
We are open all year round and offer 6 affordable luxury en-suite guest rooms, accommodating up to 13 guests in total. A complimentary pot of tea, coffee or a cold soft drink with a sweet treat awaits you on arrival, to help refresh you after your journey. We offer a choice of single, twin, double and family bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with flatscreen digital televisions and generous hospitality trays with teas, coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of luxury biscuits. Rooms also contain toiletries, towels, a hairdryer and ironing facilities.
Free WIFI is also available throughout. Should you be celebrating a special occasion then we can arrange for flowers, champagne or chocolates prior to your arrival. The Guest House offers free parking and a seated smoking area with tables and chairs. Breakfast is a special treat at the Arran Lodge. The buffet table has a selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries and preserves. Our varied cooked menu caters for appetites of all sizes. Choose from the selection of traditional cooked breakfast items or you could try porridge, kippers or salmon fillet with eggs. You can be sure of a friendly welcome and a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
