Built originally as three separate barn conversions, this grade two listed barn conversion was changed to a bed and breakfast approximately 12 months ago and since then we have gained a reputation for offering a quiet, efficient and relaxing break in the east midlands for a reasonable price. Finished to a very high standard it is a little bit of luxury offered at reasonable prices.

Located just outside lincoln, we are ideally suited for holiday and business stays in the east midlands. With an a la carte menu offered in our restaurant, you can enjoy the wonderful food provided by this establishment, whilst relaxing in the licensed restaurant.

Surrounded by top class golf courses, anyone visiting the wolds and fens of lincolnshire could do no better than to visit our establishment.
