The Garden House is a bright, spacious, glass and oak fronted building. A superbly equipped self-contained unit it is a fantastic alternative to the traditional B & B or hotel

A detached building of 450 m2 at the end of an attractive garden, it has a separate double bedroom, an open plan lounge/kitchen and luxury shower room, it can accommodate 2 people comfortably but using the sofa bed in the lounge 4 people can be accommodated.

There is a 47 inch flat screen TV with dvd and surround sound in the lounge. It also has a plug-in system for your own MP3

Outside there is an attractive patio with pergola and wooden table and chairs - all catching the morning sun - so breakfast outside in the summer can be a wonderful start to your day.

We believe it is a truly relaxing place to stay whether you are in Epsom for business or pleasure - sightseeing, shopping (we are happy to pick you up from the station), visiting friends or relatives - whatever brings you to Epsom it is a lovely place to stay - probably more spacious than most other places in the area!

Epsom is close to many places of interest - a large number of National Trust properties are nearby, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Epsom Race course and London is only a 30 minute train ride away. Gatwick and Heathrow are each just 30 minutes away. We have great walking and cycling on the doorstop along with a wide variety of pubs and restaurants.
