A Large semi detached house situated in a quiet side road just a 7 min walk into the city we are close to the university a 2 min walk and only a short walk to the race course.

There are several excellent restaurants close by Italian/French/and Chinese also 2 very good pubs for pub grub, we are near the canal so that you can watch the narrow boats go through the locks on your walk into town or stop and have a coffee at telfords and watch the boats go by, walk up the steps onto the walls and continue your site seeing on the way, walk past towers/ sit in the park/and then continue to northgate bridge, the wall intact will take you into the centre of the city and to the famous clock where you can descend to street level and do some shopping, or listen to the town crier standing at the cross, look at the unique 2 tier architecture rows which chester is famous for, sit on a seat and do some people watching especially on race days when the city comes alive with fashion and style.
continue to the roman ruins and then down to the river for a very pleasant boat trip, and an ice cream while you catch your breath to continue your walk.
I feel sure that whatever you are here to do, shopping/racing/site seeing/or even a visit to the zoo you will have an enjoyable time.
