Duddingston View has a unique location which ensures that our guests can easily access Edinburgh city centre, Portobello beach, Musselburgh race-course and Arthur's Seat. We are on an excellent bus route and there is ample free parking directly outside the house.
Rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with either contemporary or French Louis-style pieces. Full-size televisions with additional free-view or Sky channels, DVD players, Internet access, central heating, double glazing, full hospitality tray and bathrobes come as standard in our rooms. We also provide luxury toiletries for your enjoyment.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our mature gardens which feature several seating area's, a gazeebo, chimnea and gas bbq. We also have a garden conservatory for guest use.
Full Scottish breakfast, which may be taken in your room, the diningroom or the conservatory, is included in the price.
We are happy to provide birthday/special occasion cakes, flowers, chocolates, wine or champagne, upon request, for an additional charge.
