Transport can be expensive when on holiday, but at the Lynmar, everything in Blackpool is at hand. Our guest house is within walking distance of nearly all the fun venues. (Please note that the Pleasure Beach is located on South shore.) We now also have direct flights into Blackpool Airport from Stansted and Dublin by Ryanair and North Railway Station is located on the High Street, a mere 3-minute walk away. Parking is no problem; we have a large semi secure car park 3 minutes walk away.
The nightlife is 2nd to none. Try Funny Girls (see BBC review) or Roxy’s. Lots of the venues offer cabaret, quiz nights, karaoke or just plain enjoyment, the choice is yours. Blackpool can boast excellent theatres, a 10 screen multiplex Odeon cinema, 2 major casinos, speciality ice and magic shows, sea life centre the famous Blackpool Tower and Circus, Pleasure Beach the Golden Mile, Louis Tussauds Waxworks and Blackpool Zoo
To top all this, for that different day out, Preston, Manchester and The Lakes are only a short trip away.

We offer comfortable accommodation, at very reasonable prices. All our rooms are of standard type i.e. not en suite. They are well furnished and were are told have very comfy beds. |
