We are only a 2 minute walk to the south bay and beach and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The north bay beach is only a 15 minute leisurely stroll or an open top bus ride away.

For those wanting to venture further then the towns of Whitby, filey and Bridlington are within 20 miles, also the villages of Thornton le Dale , Pickering & Malton. Also golf courses near by, and sea fishing.

Trev and Allison will do all they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay at The Palace Hill Hotel with an home from home feel, after many years in the trade. Our building is 260 years old but has recently gone through a complete refurbishment keeping its traditional character outside but giving it a modern and fresh interior. All rooms are en-suite with free view tv's, tea & coffee making facilities, central heating.

A hearty traditional English breakfast is included, we also provide scratch permits for free street parking.
