We are proud of our links to Rob Roy Macgregor Scotland 's own Robin Hood and the famous Rob-Roy-Way. We are not only the official end point but also the 1st Guest House at the end of the Rob-Roy-Way. We offer comfortable and warm accommodation after the long walk which covers almost 80 miles retracing the route used by the famous Rob Roy Macgregor who took part in the Jacobite uprising and was outlawed for many years. Rosehill is centrally located and in a unique position for easy access to Pitlochry's main street and the world famous Pitlochry Festival Theatre. The Pitlochry Theatre established in 1951 is renowned for offering a wide range of shows throughout the year. Rosehill is owned and run by Jackie Maclellan and family. This immaculately kept Guest House with it's clean bright and spacious en-suite bedrooms comprises of five double en-suite rooms and two family en-suite rooms. Parking is available at the Guest House so if you want to visit Scotland and experience some of Scotland s finest offerings Rosehill offers fantastic choice for a short or long stay.
