The Black Bull Inn is situated in heart of Middleham with a backdrop of the Yorkshire dales just outside the North Yorkshire National Park which provides tremendous walks in the moors. The village has become renowned for our traditional homemade food food including are the perfect base for a romantic weekend break a few friends getting out of the city or just simply a night out. We're also the perfect base for families with local highlights including the Forbidden Corner which is extremely popular with children and adults (of all ages). Such is the scope of Middleham we are also perfect for a quiet getaway. Middleham is famous for its racehorses with several stables surrounding the village. In the mornings tourists are treated to the magnificant sight of the horses coming past the pub and through the village for their daily exercise. We also have excellent fishing rivers - there are two rivers that run into Middleham; the River Ure and the River Cover. The Black Bull Hotel is a very traditional pub specialising in traditional beers ciders and lagers. There are tables outside for customer and warm and inviting fires throughout the winter. We offer traditional homecooked pub food at a reasonable price. Some of out current menu includes Rib-Eye Steak Lamb Shanks in Red Wine Sauce Homemade Steak and Sale Pie Gamon & Egg Pasta Carbonara Vegetable Lasagna Chicken and Chips Scampi and Chips with light bar snacks desserts and children's meals.
