We have a large spacious sunny bedroom with a very comfortable Relyon double bed and tea/coffee making facilities. We can also offer single occupancy with a minimum of 2 nights stay.

We provide a Continental Plus breakfast which is included in the price. On request we also offer a tasty Full English Breakfast for an additional charge of £5 per person. This is served in our lounge or Continental in your room if you prefer.

There is free on street parking available, and easy access to train stations to London, Gatwick and the Universities at Falmer. Buses into Brighton operate every 10 minutes or you can walk into the city centre and the seafront in about 20 minutes. We offer a free pick up from the station or bus stop if you are travelling from Gatwick or Heathrow by train or bus.

We are situated in a quiet residential area next to the charming Blakers Park with an open air cafe and tennis courts, and we are within easy reach by car to several golf courses, tennis, and of course, the beach.

Usual arrival times are from 4pm onwards and departure by 10.30am the next day. However arrangements outside these times can be made prior to your visit.
