The Lodge was first built in 1802. It is situated on it's own with woodlands. The village close by has a pub where they do very reasonable meals. Truro city is 1 mile. Public buses are approximately every half hour.
Walks from our property is excellent on our doorstep. No need to drive. You can walk or cycle from here to the pretty village of St. Clements. Further along is Malpas where the river Fal runs. Eden Project at St. Austell just 14 miles. Mevagissey is a pretty fishing village 5 miles from St.Austell. Surfing beaches of Newquay 14 miles.
