Exeter 204 B&B is in the Pennsylvania area of Exeter, within walking distance of the University’s Streatham Campus, ideal for those visiting the University. The City centre is a 20 minute walk downhill (3 minutes in the car). There is a direct bus from the City that stops opposite the house. The situation offers a quiet location with good access to the City.
We have one, modern, comfortable ensuite room. With just one room we can offer an individual service with flexible booking in and out times and breakfast to suit you. Weather permitting you can take breakfast in the garden. The house is set in attractive gardens with views to the surrounding countryside. The house is off the road and access is via a few steps so is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. There is space for one car on the carport.
Exeter it an interesting city and is great kicking off point for exploring Dartmoor, Exmoor and the famous Devon seaside resorts as well a longer trips into Cornwall.
