All bed linen is 100% cotton and the mattress is high quality for a comfortable night's sleep. 100% cotton dust mite proof barrier cases on mattresses and pillows. Choice of feather or hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. Fluffy white towels robes and slippers. The bathroom includes an over bath shower. Wireless internet access is available (bring your own laptop) and full Sky satellite HD package (movies music sports children's tv) provided. Travel cot and highchair available. Basic items such as toiletries washing up liquid are provided for at least the initial 2 or 3 days also milk tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits on arrival. Convenience store takeaway post office 1 minute. Pub 3 minutes. Indian restaurant walking distance of 10 minutes. Bus stop for Stroud and other villages two minutes. Stroud is on the main line railway into London Paddington. Street parking directly outside the apartment. The Cotswolds has many well known attractions but here are a few of the more unique experiences from just across the road up to within a 30 minute drive: local canal restoration history in the making (www.cotswoldcanalsproject.org/brimscombe); take a trial flight in a glider an adventurous way to take in the stunning local views; Bibury's Arlington Row its origins dating from 1380 found in 'the most beautiful village in the Cotswolds' William Morris; the Severn Bore a 'spectacular natural phenomena' and so much more.. It's a five minute drive (or a healthy walk up hill) up to the Commons with some of the most beautiful National Trust managed common land in the country with outstanding and far reaching views over the Cotswolds and towards the Severn Estuary and Wales beyond. Horses and cattle roam freely across the Commons and the grassland slopes are home to rare butterfly and wildflower species including thirteen species of orchid. The area is perfect for walkers and cyclists. The facilities and location are ideal for the business traveller.
