We have been established around 6 years and have developed an extensive knowledge of the area and its attractions.
We can advise on day trips, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. along with local points of interest either historically or for breathtaking views and walks.
There are just two of us running the Guest House so you are guaranteed an intimate and friendly stay in very comfortable surroundings.
The south downs, beachy head, alfriston, etc are all stunning locations to visit or in town we have various events that run annually starting with the ladies tennis championships precursing Wimbledon.
The Eastbourne airshow over 4 days in august.
The Eastbourne Beer festival in October and Victorian week also in October.
Knockatch is a skiing and snow boarding centre plus we have the champion speedway team in Eastbourne with their sit based in Arlington 4 miles outside of Eastbourne.
We are also listed as one of the sunniest places in Britain.
