Welcome to our charming and friendly Victorian Townhouse on the Western edge of St Austell. We are central for the North and South coastlines and The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project are nearby. The ports of Fowey, Mevagissey and Charlestown a few miles away. We welcome cyclists and walkers. We have a varied breakfast menu and cater for vegetarians and people with special diets.

Truro City for shops, cathedral and museum.
Wheal Martyn working clay pit and museum with visitor centre and restaurant, with walks and cycle path to the Eden Project.
Newquay 16 miles distant, has 7 surfing beaches and an excellent zoo.
The Cornish coastal path is not far away, and can be accessed at Charlestown, just a mile away. Closeby is Lanhydrock and Trerice, two National Trust Properties.
There are a few golf courses nearby at Polgooth and Carlyon Bay.
There are many coarse and sea fishing venues close by.
There are many beautiful Cornish gardens within easy reach of the house, namely Heligan, Trellisick and Trebah.
