Bed and Breakfast accommodation at Greenwood Guest House is availlable throughout the year, including Christmas and New Year.
Greenwood House is a Victorian property with some original features and stripped floorboards on the ground floor and stripped woodwork throughout the house. We offer comfortable 'homely' accommodation and want your stay to be relaxing and memorable.
Our rooms are simply decorated but every effort has been made to meet our guests needs.
All guest rooms now have new wall-mounted Flat Screen TV's with many Freeview Channels to choose from.
We are ideally situated just opposite the start of the Rodwell Trail - perfect for a walk or cycle along the old railway line towards Ferrybridge and the Sailing Academy.
Also only minutes from the Radipole Lake Nature Reserve where you can just sit and feed the ducks or take a walk around the Reserve bird watching or just enjoying the peace and tranquillity.
The town centre and seafront are again, only a short level walk away, with plenty of shops, pubs, cafe's etc.
You can also follow the harbour round to the town bridge, a walk of about 15 to 20 minutes from Greenwood, where there is plenty of choices of pubs and good restaurants. There is also Brewers Quay, with its array of alternative shops and Museums - a must for any visitor to Weymouth.
For the children, there is also Sharky's indoor play area and a short distance out of the town centre is the Sealife Centre.
