Elmsdale is Victorian town house in a terrace of fine town houses leading off Penzance sea front. Elmsdale is within the Penzance conservation area and close to Penlee Park. Penzance town centre is approximately 600 metres away through the park (daylight hours) or via leafy paved pedestrian paths that criss cross the Town. The house exhibits many traditional features of the generously proportioned buildings of the Victorian era. It has recently been thoroughly refurbished in the last 2 years.

Guest accommodation is located on the first floor and comprises 3 double bedrooms (all en-suite). There is a fourth single bedroom which is only let with a double room and shares the en-suite facilities of that room (typically used for accompanying children or a third adult). No smoking is permitted on the premises.

Penzance is also a great base for exploring the Penwith Peninsula or walking the coastal path. 'Must do' locations include St. Michael's Mount (National Trust), St. Ives and the Tate Gallery, Geevor Tin Mine & Museum, Minack Theatre, Porthcurnow Telegraph Museum (and beach) and Mousehole, the archetypal Cornish seaside village.
