We are a small friendly family managed guesthouse, situated only five minutes from the Sea Front and ten minutes away from the Town Centre, which offers a wide range of Clubs / Beach Bars / Discos / Theatre and Restaurants for all ages. And, if you wish, visit one of the largest outdoor markets in Europe, Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells, only a ten minute bus or car ride. Skegness is an ideal venue for all.

The Inn place is attractively decorated with a homely atmosphere. All bedrooms are modern, warm, clean and comfortable and are fully en-suite with W.C., hand basin and shower. All are located on the ground floor, as is our attractive dining room.
