Sealawn Lodge is a friendly, family -run bed and breakfast overlooking the sandy beaches of Lyme Bay. The house is tastefully converted to offer comfortable, spacious rooms with all mod-cons.
A comprehensive breakfast menu is offered with vegetarian options and optional evening meals can be provided on request, free daily newspapers are supplied.
All rooms are furnished to a high standard having full central heating, wash hand basins, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, digital Free-View and Wi-Fi access.
There is ample free off-road parking with security lighting and a guest garden for your use.

This popular Dawlish bed and breakfast is well situated for walks along the beach and into the pretty seaside town. Dawlish has many shops, cafes and pubs to discover. We are also only a few minutes walk away from Dawlish Leisure centre. Facilities here include swimming, golf, bowls, tennis, badminton etc. Exeter and Torquay are only 11 miles away with good road, train and bus access. A perfect base to explore the South West coast and Dartmoor.
