Small privately run elegant edwardian town house which is situated within short walking distance of the beach, town centre, golf course and railway station. All rooms have either en suite or private bathroom and all have TV with freeview. Whether you are visiting the area for pleasure or on business this would make an ideal base as we are easily accessible from the A19 and A66.
There are several places of interest nearby including Kirkleatham Museum and Owl sanctuary. Old market towns of Guisborough, Stokesly and Great Ayton which was also the childhood home of Captain Cook. Only a short drive away are the towns of Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees where you will find Tees Barrage for the more adventurous among us this has facilities for water skiing, canoeing and white water rafting. Hartlepool Marina is well worth a visit too.
Travelling the other way you will find the North Yorkshire Moors with its beautiful scenery and just beyond this the old smugglers haunt of Staiths. Travel a little further and you will find lots to explore in historic Whitby.
