Our relaxed and friendly guest house is perfectly situated on the level 5 minutes from the beach, shops and Swanage Steam Railway. We are also within easy reach of the Purbecks and Dorset coast where you will find superb diving, walking, cycling, climbing and bird watching opportunities.

Swanage is part of the World Heritage site of the 'Jurassic Coast', which extends to Exmouth in Devon. Only 40 minutes away by car or train are the historic towns of Wareham, Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth, who will be hosts to the 2012 Olympic Sailing events

All of our rooms are en-suite with either a bath or power shower or combination of both, with flat screen TV, and well stocked hospitality tray. Selected rooms have super king size beds offering exceptional comfort. In the refurbishment of the house we have retained the original features retaining all the charm and character of this beautiful Victorian building and still giving top quality en-suite facilities.

The pressurised water supplied to all rooms is rising main and suitable for drinking. The whole house is centrally heated and has thermostatically controlled radiators in each bedroom. There is an open fire in the guest lounge, video and DVD player, board games.
