Sunset House is located on the outskirts of Friskney Village. We are close to Skegness and Boston but well away from the crowds of a busy seaside town. We only have one double room in our ground floor annexe, so you have the place to yourself. We have a large conservatory adjoining the room where we serve breakfast and for guests to relax in. There are two pubs within 1.5 miles that both serve food. Also in the village is the parrot zoo. Lots of attractions and places to visit are within easy reach by car.

These include Batemans Brewery at Wainfleet, Natureland seal sanctuary, Embassy Theatre, Northcote Heavy Horse Centre, Skegness Stadium, Lincs Aviation Heritage Centre, RSPB Freiston Shore, NNR Gibralta Point and the sandy beach at skegness. Lots of places for anglers including next door to us. We have off road parking and if required secure storage for cycles and motorbikes. Our room is En suite, with tea and coffee making facilities. TV, free wifi for laptop and smartphone users.
