Brighton inn boutique guest accommodation is situated at no.20 st. georges terrace in the heart of kemp town in brighton. We are a 100 yard walk to the seafront and a ten minute walk east from the pier and the main town centre. Kemp town has itself many quirky bars, traditional pubs serving quality local beers and food, and many high end restaurants to choose from. But within very easy access to the pavillion, the laines and the main town center.

We are also a ten minute walk east to the marina where there are an abundance of waterside restaurants for al fresco dining on those hot days where you can watch the yachts coming in and out of the harbour, or even venture out yourselves on a sailing or power boat which are available to rent. The college and the hospital are situated just to the rear of the property and are very easily accessed on foot.

Our aim is to provide affordable luxury accommodation in our modern yet traditional guest house.
