The area around Melton Mowbray is perfect for walking, fishing, cycling, or just sight seeing. The many attractions of the area include, the East Midlands Food and Drink Fayre, held in October, the Victorian market, the 1st weekend in December, the Cheese Fayre in May and at Rutland Water the Bird Fayre in September. Whatever you wish to visit the area for, you will not be disappointed.
