We are a newly refurbished 17th century cottage in a quiet, idyllic rural village, in the heart of the South Downs National Park yet 5 minutes' drive from the A23 and the A27.
There are beautiful walks and cycle rides on our doorstep and a choice of traditional country pubs with great food.
We are a 20 minute drive from Brighton with its beach, amazing shops, restaurants and nightlife.
We welcome dogs and have two of our own.
We also have three chickens who will provide you with fresh eggs for your breakfast while our sausages are sourced from the famous Rushfields farm shop. We can also provide you with a packed lunch (pre-ordered!)
Our guest lounge has a woodburning stove to keep you cosy in the winter as you sip our complimentary tea/ coffee. We also offer tea making facilities in the room.
