Bed and Breakfast in rural location, 4 miles from the centre of Cullompton

Upton Farm B&B offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation on a working organic dairy farm, a short drive from the M5 at Cullompton, Devon.

We can sleep up to seven guests, and we have a policy of only one party staying at any time. This is to maintain your privacy as the main family bathroom is shared. The bathroom includes a bath and a shower. There is also an additional separate toilet.

Our rooms comprise of one double bedroom and one double with adjoining twin room, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. We also have a single room. Both double rooms are equipped with smart TV's and DVD players and a complimentary tea tray on arrival. Guests have access to the guest sitting room, with fireplace and a TV.

Our home-cooked breakfasts are served in the farmhouse kitchen, using local produce where possible.

Check in is from 11.30am, late check in can be accommodated. Breakfast can be served at a convenient time for you and check out times are flexible.

Dogs may be accommodated by request - please speak to us before you book if you wish to bring your dog.
