No. 22 is a unique boutique B&B in the heart of Barnstaple and North Devon. It is a small newly refurbished Victorian townhouse occupying three floors. The B&B has a collection of four bedrooms all with their own style.
The four rooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms uniquely designed with statement wallpapers but with a traditional elegance that you would expect. Three of the bedrooms have sitting areas with comfy sofas to relax in after a days exploring. Each room is eclectically furnished with bold furniture and some original artworks from some well-known artists.
The house is quiet and relaxing and we encourage visitors who are looking for this type of accommodation in Barnstaple. We offer delicious breakfasts and dinner upon request.
No.22 is ideally located for the beautiful North Devon beaches such as Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde Bay as well as the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor.
We welcome walkers and cyclists with the Tarka trail and Southwest coast path literally just outside the front door.
