The Bell At Sax' is a lovely laid-back restaurant-with-rooms at the heart of the High Street in the old market town of Saxmundham. On our doorstep are the cosmopolitan seaside delights of Aldeburgh and Southwold. Good food is the focus of The Bell using great local ingredients in hearty elegant dishes and Jonathan's culinary flair. Upstairs we have 10 relaxing spacious but cosy bedrooms. Sizewell is only around 7 miles away for corporate visitors and the train station just a short walk.

Thurston's offers a beautiful place to stay within the Suffolk countryside, the grade II* building is set within its own grounds with ponds, woods and beautiful gardens. The converted stables and barns offer B&B accommodation and a events space for guests to enjoy, whilst still being near the local villages such as Rendham and close to Aldeburgh and Snape. Rooms are en-suite with TV's and wifi.

Red House Farm is a 16th century farmhouse in the Alde Valley set in 6 acres of meadowland with chickens, ducks and ponies. Close to all local attractions including Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Mere, Framlingham, Orford etc and on the Regional Cycle Route. We have a guest drawing room where light snacks can be served.

BED AND BREAKFAST and SELF CATERING. Deep in the quiet Suffolk countryside, Valley Farm is handy for Aldeburgh, Minsmere, Snape and Southwold. We have a charming beamed double bedroom, with TV/DVD and private shower room. Breakfast is full English, using local produce and our own eggs. Seperate from the main house is the Old Dairy. Self catering with breakfast as an option.

Milestone House offers a friendly welcome to guests throughout the year with comfortable well decorated rooms. The courtyard garden is also available to guests. Breakfasts include local produce and home made bread and marmalade. Whether you are on holiday or on business Yoxford is an ideal location for access to the coast and countryside.

Trustans Barn is a beautifully converted Grade II listed barn set in 28 acres of traditional meadowland. We have six newly converted spacious rooms each with its own unique character. The barn is situated in a delightful rural setting yet easily accessible being only a quarter of a mile from the A12 and walking distance from the local train station. It is an ideal base for exploring the local attractions of Southwold Aldeburgh and Minsmere and many more local gems.
